Wilson and Galanos Obtained Summary Judgment for Their Client

Tom Wilson and Jessica Galanos obtained summary judgment in favor of their client Southern Illinois University and three individually named administrators in federal court in the Southern District of Illinois.  The plaintiff, a former student, claimed that the defendants violated his constitutional rights in connection with an expulsion proceeding.  The federal court granted summary judgment to HeplerBroom’s clients on all claims.
