Demitri Kladis recently attained full defense verdicts in two cases that stemmed from the same motor vehicle accident in Grundy County, Illinois. Plaintiffs’ counsel had asked for $42,000 in the first case and $27,000 in the second. The jury deliberated for just over 40 minutes before returning verdicts for the defense.

Kladis, an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on the defense of first- and third-party coverage, as well as medical provider fraud and staged caused losses. He obtained his J.D. from UIC John Marshall Law School in 2021. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Kladis, who is natively fluent in Greek and English, is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
