HeplerBroom LLC is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant with 3-5 years of experience for our Edwardsville office. Candidates must possess a thorough knowledge of Human Resources as normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management or a closely related field or the equivalent experience.
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in the administration of the Firm’s human resources activities
- Recruit for various open positions
- Maintain data in HRIS system
- Work closely with benefit administrators
- Assist with payroll processing when needed
The ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, detail oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with UltiPro or other HRIS system is a plus.
