Overview
Sara Bozarth focuses her practice on the defense of complex commercial litigation matters including asbestos, toxic torts, premises and products liability, personal injury, and wrongful death. Ms. Bozarth also has extensive experience with criminal defense and child law, focusing on juvenile delinquency and DCFS investigation defense.
Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Ms. Bozarth worked as a Madison County Public Defender. In that role, she represented adults and children in a wide range of criminal, juvenile, and DCFS cases.
