HeplerBroom Attorney Julieta Kosiba

Overview

Julieta A. Kosiba focuses her practice on civil litigation.

She has experience in defending clients across a broad range of matters, including personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and product liability claims; commercial disputes; and employment litigation. She has assisted clients in obtaining favorable results at various stages of litigation—including by way of motions for summary judgment, trial, and appeal.

In addition to representing clients in both state and federal courts, Ms. Kosiba assists businesses with counseling on employment-related issues. This includes counseling on employment policies and drafting or revising employee handbooks.

Prior to her graduation from law school, Ms. Kosiba served as a Summer Associate with HeplerBroom. While in law school, she also served as an extern for a major health care provider and interned for a claims management company.

Ms. Kosiba is fluent in Polish.
