Practice Description

Josephine V. Sangiorgio-Hirth is a litigation attorney in the St. Louis office.  She focuses her practice on complex business litigation matters, including toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, and personal injury.

Before joining HeplerBroom, Ms. Hirth practiced general litigation in cases involving toxic torts, products liability, medical malpractice, family law, criminal law, trusts and estates, disability, and bankruptcy. Formerly, she also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Southeast Missouri handling felony and misdemeanor cases. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
