Varadachari to Speak at National Claims and Litigation Management Conference

Bharat Varadachari will be among the featured speakers at the Claims and Litigation Management’s Annual Conference in April. Varadachari will moderate a roundtable that will focus on how to protect the interests of the insured and the carrier when a plaintiff’s attorney presents the carrier with a policy/time limit demand. Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation, including matters related to the defense of insurance matters, the trucking and transportation industry, and product liability claims. He is a regular presenter across the country on these topics. He has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the lists of Best Lawyers in America and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. Varadachari is a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and immediate past president of the St. Louis County Bar Association.
