HeplerBroom Adds Additional Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

HeplerBroom attorney Margaret Molloy

Margaret Molloy has joined HeplerBroom as an associate in the DuPage County office.

Molloy focuses her practice on defending medical and dental professionals as well as medical and long-term care facilities. She believes in leaving no stone unturned when investigating factual and legal issues. Her clients consistently praise her efficient, creative, and detail-oriented approach to litigation.

Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Ms. Molloy was an Illinois Assistant Attorney General, where she represented employees in correctional and psychiatric institutions in state and federal cases for constitutional torts before moving to the private sector to represent medical professionals against state and federal claims.

She obtained her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2014. She also holds a B.A. in English and Political Science from Illinois State University. While in law school, she won awards at national and local moot court competitions. She also volunteered at legal aid and domestic violence clinics. Molloy is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois.
