Overview
Grant S. Handy focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending product liability and toxic tort matters.
Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Mr. Handy represented manufacturers and distributors in complex product liability litigation. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in Illinois, where he handled administrative and civil matters involving employment law and public benefits. His background includes experience in both public service and private practice across a range of litigation settings.
Outside of the office, Mr. Handy enjoys sailing, writing fiction, and spending time with his two cats.
