Overview

Brandt T. Miller is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. His clients look to him for his analysis of complex coverage issues and litigation risks in third- and first-party coverage matters. He’s defended the interests of insurer and third-party administrators in coverage disputes ranging from products liability to environmental pollution, employment litigation, and property insurance.

Mr. Miller is committed to delivering effective results for his clients at each stage of litigation, from initial claim investigation through trial and appeal. He prioritizes efficiency and responsiveness to his clients’ needs, utilizing a skillset developed during his prior experience litigating premises liability matters, personal injury claims, and civil rights cases in state and federal courts.
