Linda Hay was the featured speaker at a recent webinar on dental risk management. In the webinar, she gave an overview of the litigation process, then discussed expert witnesses, the importance of documentation in a dental practice, and other risk management issues. Hay, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on the defense of all types of individual healthcare practitioners.
