HeplerBroom LLC has been involved in defending asbestos-related disease claims since cases began in Madison County in 1986. The Firm has four trial partners that have tried asbestos cases to verdict in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Virginia. Please see below for information and results on those trials. HeplerBroom LLC also serves as National Counsel for several clients as well as local and regional for others in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Missouri. With nearly 1800 cases set for trial in a year, the firm has a team of 51 attorneys and 39 paralegals who handle asbestos lawsuits. Some of the Firm's early clients included Raybestos-Manhattan, Celotex, W.R. Grace, Owens-Corning, GAF and Flintkote. Current client number is nearly 500. The Firm represents such manufacturers as Georgia-Pacific, and Foseco as well as premises defendants such as Ameren utilities, Conagra/Swift and SBC.

With offices in Madison County, IL, Springfield, IL, and Chicago, IL, as well as St. Louis, MO, the Firm can handle cases throughout the Midwest.

The Firm also works regularly with nationally known experts such as Michael Graham, M.D., Jim Rock, Ph.D., and Kim Anderson, Ph.D.

The Firm represents manufacturers, premises owners, suppliers, and contractors. In addition to third party liability, the Firm also does workers' compensation defense.
